1. Acceptance of the terms
By creating an account, downloading the app, or accessing our site you acknowledge that HyskaWallet is a non-custodial wallet and that your continued use signifies agreement with these terms.
You also represent you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and, when acting for a company, that you have authority to bind that entity.
- Keep registration and contact details accurate so we can reach you about security or policy changes.
- Do not use the Services if you are prohibited by law, listed on sanctions regimes, or located in restricted territories.
2. Service description & ownership of keys
HyskaWallet provides software that helps you create, restore, and operate Ethereum-compatible wallets. We never take custody of your digital assets.
Private keys, recovery phrases, and transaction approvals stay under your control. Losing them means losing access to your assets, and we cannot recover them for you.
- You are responsible for securely storing keys, MPC shares, and recovery materials across your devices.
- Simulations, gas estimates, and insights are informational only and do not constitute financial advice.
3. Third-party services
Some features such as WalletConnect sessions, on/off ramps, or staking rely on independent partners. Each provider operates under its own policies and may refuse or geo-block access.
We only facilitate the interface. Any dispute, charge, or outage related to a partner must be resolved directly with that provider.
- Read and accept the applicable terms before using integrations offered through HyskaWallet.
- Third parties set their own fees, limits, compliance checks, and support processes.
4. Fees, network costs, and taxes
HyskaWallet does not charge custody or management fees. However, network transactions require gas fees set by the underlying blockchain.
Partners may charge service, exchange, or processing fees. You are responsible for reviewing them before completing a transaction.
- All miners’/validators’ fees are paid directly from your wallet balance.
- You must evaluate and report any taxes or regulatory obligations connected to your digital asset activity.
5. User responsibilities
You agree to use the Services lawfully, maintain device hygiene, and follow security best practices when managing wallets and MPC shares.
You must not circumvent security measures, attempt unauthorized access, or use HyskaWallet for illicit activity or to harm other users.
- Enable biometrics, strong passcodes, and keep operating systems updated.
- Never share recovery materials, one-time codes, or passwords with anyone pretending to be Hyska support.
- Report suspicious activity to hello@hyskawallet.app so we can investigate.
6. Our rights and service changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services to protect users, comply with law, or improve functionality.
HyskaWallet is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose, or uninterrupted availability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Liability limits and indemnity
To the extent allowed by law, HyskaWallet, its team, and partners are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify us from claims related to your misuse of the Services, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute not settled amicably will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, SP, unless mandatory law specifies another venue.
If any clause is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
